About Me
From the moment I fell in love with ballet at the age of four, movement has been my passion and my anchor. Dancing not only grounds me in the present, clearing my mind, but also leaves me feeling powerful and invigorated. Over the years, I successfully completed several grades from the Royal Academy of Dance, which deepened my dedication to the art form.
As I grew older, my curiosity expanded to include nutrition and the ways in which both food and movement impact how I feel. This exploration led me to discover Pilates—a practice that quickly resonated with me in the same way ballet always had. Beyond enhancing my overall well-being, Pilates helped alleviate my back pain and other health issues, proving its transformative power.
Building on this foundation, I found myself drawn to Barre, a natural fusion of my love for ballet and Pilates. It quickly became another passion. To further expand my expertise, I completed a Mat Pilates Teacher Training with Power Pilates and a Barre Teacher Training with Regarding Form.
These low-impact, high-intensity movements offer profound benefits. They are gentle on the nervous system, allowing the body to strengthen without stress, while delivering a rush of endorphins that leaves you feeling both accomplished and energized. After each class, you’ll walk away feeling physically challenged yet mentally uplifted—ready to face the day with renewed confidence and a deeper connection to your body.
Movement is a powerful tool that supports us through life’s many stages, and I’m deeply passionate about helping others harness that power. My goal is for everyone to leave my classes feeling strong, empowered, and leaving in their very own “happy hormone heaven.”
See you on the mat!
